ASKO Tumble dryer · your observations
Start with the programme and the finished load.
A dryer that ends early needs a different account from one whose drum never turns. Include vented, condenser or heat-pump format and whether the laundry came out cold, warm or still damp.
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
The display gives a message or symbol
Copy every character from the safely visible panel, preserving zeroes, letters and punctuation. A code is model-dependent; an online meaning from another product cannot settle this enquiry.
When the fitted space is tight
Mention the existing furniture front, stack or surrounding units. Access can affect the proposed work, but a householder need not move or disconnect equipment to describe it.
Where previous work is relevant
Retain any actual invoice or reference and explain what changed afterwards. A returned symptom may need a new assessment rather than the same assumed explanation.
The ASKO reference
Retain the complete ASKO label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
