Beko Tumble dryer · your observations
Start with the programme and the finished load.
A dryer that ends early needs a different account from one whose drum never turns. Include vented, condenser or heat-pump format and whether the laundry came out cold, warm or still damp.
The display gives a message or symbol
Copy every character from the safely visible panel, preserving zeroes, letters and punctuation. A code is model-dependent; an online meaning from another product cannot settle this enquiry.
A new sound at a particular stage
A buzz at start-up and a scrape during movement are different observations. Note when it begins. Stop using equipment that burns, smokes or moves uncontrollably rather than recording another demonstration.
If the last use was interrupted
Say whether someone cancelled the programme, power was interrupted or the appliance stopped by itself. Those are different starting points; timing alone cannot establish the cause.
If the label cannot be seen
Use a receipt or manual if you have one and explain which details remain unavailable. Do not pull out, lift or dismantle connected equipment just to complete a web enquiry.
The Beko reference
Retain the complete Beko label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
