Hob: explain the normal fitted position
For a hob enquiry: Mention a furniture door, stacked machine, cabinet housing or confined unit where it applies. A description of access helps plan the discussion; do not disconnect or drag equipment out.

For the appliance you actually own
Identify the fuel or hob format and copy the affected zone’s display. For induction, mention pan recognition during ordinary use. Do not keep resetting a hob that trips the electricity.
