Hob: keep the complete product reference
For a hob enquiry: Use existing paperwork or a safely visible label. Copy suffixes, service numbers and variant endings as well as the name. The badge on the front is a starting point, not the full identity.

For the appliance you actually own
Identify the fuel or hob format and copy the affected zone’s display. For induction, mention pan recognition during ordinary use. Do not keep resetting a hob that trips the electricity.
