Hob: clarify what the proposed work includes
For a hob enquiry: Ask about labour, parts and possible further attendance before agreeing the request. A symptom guide cannot establish a component order, stock position or final charge.

For the appliance you actually own
Identify the fuel or hob format and copy the affected zone’s display. For induction, mention pan recognition during ordinary use. Do not keep resetting a hob that trips the electricity.
Why this belongs in the enquiry
