Hob: agree who can authorise the request
For a hob enquiry: Establish ownership, the person approving work and who can provide entry. Keep those arrangements with the service address so a technical enquiry is not delayed by missing authority.

For the appliance you actually own
Identify the fuel or hob format and copy the affected zone’s display. For induction, mention pan recognition during ordinary use. Do not keep resetting a hob that trips the electricity.
Why this belongs in the enquiry
The hob reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
