Hob: describe real entry and access arrangements
For a hob enquiry: Explain actual stairs, entry controls or restrictions at the address. Clear ordinary belongings where practical, but leave disconnection and repositioning to an expressly agreed arrangement.

Identify the fuel or hob format and copy the affected zone’s display. For induction, mention pan recognition during ordinary use. Do not keep resetting a hob that trips the electricity.
