Enquiry preparation
Washer-dryer: describe real entry and access arrangements
For a washer-dryer enquiry: Explain actual stairs, entry controls or restrictions at the address. Clear ordinary belongings where practical, but leave disconnection and repositioning to an expressly agreed arrangement.
We agree suitable work and arrangements for your actual appliance.
For the appliance you actually own
Explain whether washing and emptying finished, then describe the drying selection and result. A combined appliance can wash normally while leaving laundry damp; keep the two observations separate.
Why this belongs in the enquiry
The washer-dryer reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
Before arranging a visit
Confirm suitable work, proposed charges and access with the team. An enquiry notebook is preparation, not a reserved visit.
