Tumble dryer · your observations
Start with the programme and the finished load.
A dryer that ends early needs a different account from one whose drum never turns. Include vented, condenser or heat-pump format and whether the laundry came out cold, warm or still damp.
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
Water or waste appears where it should not
Give the first visible position and what was happening at the time. Do not pull out a connected machine to trace it. Stop use where leakage creates electrical or waste-backup risks.
When someone else used it last
Keep their description of the setting and result. A direct observation is often clearer than a later guess about which component might have failed.
Before discussing a replacement
Retain the existing unit reference and fitted arrangement. A similar width or brand badge does not establish that a new product is compatible with existing connections.
At your Selhurst address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Selhurst. SE25 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
