CDA Tumble dryer · your observations
Start with the programme and the finished load.
A dryer that ends early needs a different account from one whose drum never turns. Include vented, condenser or heat-pump format and whether the laundry came out cold, warm or still damp.
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
A new sound at a particular stage
A buzz at start-up and a scrape during movement are different observations. Note when it begins. Stop using equipment that burns, smokes or moves uncontrollably rather than recording another demonstration.
Where previous work is relevant
Retain any actual invoice or reference and explain what changed afterwards. A returned symptom may need a new assessment rather than the same assumed explanation.
If some functions still work
List the functions separately, including the one that changed. A working light, fan or display is an observation rather than proof that the rest of the appliance is sound.
The CDA reference
Retain the complete CDA label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
At your Thornton Heath address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Thornton Heath. CR7 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
