Saniflo Toilet macerator · your observations
Which fitting was used before the unit changed?
List the connected toilet, basin, shower or other fixtures already present and identify the unit. WC macerators, greywater pumps and lifting stations are different products with different applications.
Pumping continues beyond its usual pattern
Identify the last connected fitting used. Flow, activation or pumping questions depend on the exact unit. Stop connected use if waste backs up; leave the casing closed and do not add drain chemicals.
Water or waste appears where it should not
Give the first visible position and what was happening at the time. Do not pull out a connected machine to trace it. Stop use where leakage creates electrical or waste-backup risks.
When someone else used it last
Keep their description of the setting and result. A direct observation is often clearer than a later guess about which component might have failed.
If the account is becoming complicated
Use three short sentences: the setting selected, the changed behaviour and the final result. Put the model and exact warning alongside them, rather than combining several guessed causes.
The Saniflo reference
Keep the SFA Saniflo unit and family designation together. Saniplus and Sanitop are family names; a greywater pump and a WC macerator are not the same product.
At your Purley address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Purley. CR8 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
Discuss the proposed work
