Fridge-freezer · Focused observation
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
We agree suitable work and arrangements for your actual appliance.

How this relates to your fridge-freezer
Say what changed in the fridge and what changed in the freezer, including their warnings. American-style and side-by-side models and sealed refrigerant-circuit work are outside our service.
Keep the observation separate from a diagnosis
Describe what you saw during ordinary use, then retain the complete model. An observation can help frame an assessment but does not establish which part is faulty.
A description is enough for the first contact
Do not repeat a cycle to recreate smoke, tripping, burning, unsafe movement or leakage near electrical parts. Keep connected equipment in place and do not remove covers.
