Baumatic Dishwasher · your observations
What was left when the dishwasher stopped?
Describe the dishes, any standing water and the last display message. Tell us whether the programme ended normally or was interrupted. The result matters as much as the sound you heard.
Standing water after the last use
State whether the dishwasher announced completion or stopped part-way through. Keep the warning and fitted arrangement. Drainage and level information can be relevant; leave integrated equipment in place.
A dark panel or an unresponsive control
State whether any display or light remains on. Note a recent power interruption if one occurred. Keep electrical covers closed; an enquiry does not require live testing or measurements.
When someone else used it last
Keep their description of the setting and result. A direct observation is often clearer than a later guess about which component might have failed.
If some functions still work
List the functions separately, including the one that changed. A working light, fan or display is an observation rather than proof that the rest of the appliance is sound.
The Baumatic reference
Retain the complete Baumatic label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
