Dishwasher · Focused observation
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
We agree suitable work and arrangements for your actual appliance.

How this relates to your dishwasher
Describe the dishes, any standing water and the last display message. Tell us whether the programme ended normally or was interrupted. The result matters as much as the sound you heard.
Keep the observation separate from a diagnosis
Describe what you saw during ordinary use, then retain the complete model. An observation can help frame an assessment but does not establish which part is faulty.
A description is enough for the first contact
Do not repeat a cycle to recreate smoke, tripping, burning, unsafe movement or leakage near electrical parts. Keep connected equipment in place and do not remove covers.
