De Dietrich Washing machine · your observations
A wet load can tell more than a guessed fault.
Was the drum still holding water, or had it emptied before the spin was missed? Note the chosen wash, door status and exact warning. Those distinctions help frame a washing-machine enquiry.
The water went but the laundry stayed wet
Distinguish an emptied drum with a missed spin from a machine that cannot drain. Retain the load and programme details. Balance, drive and control observations can lead to different assessment questions.
A new sound at a particular stage
A buzz at start-up and a scrape during movement are different observations. Note when it begins. Stop using equipment that burns, smokes or moves uncontrollably rather than recording another demonstration.
Before sending a picture
Check that the display or normal fitted position is in focus and personal paperwork is outside the frame. A useful picture does not require an unsafe demonstration.
Before discussing a replacement
Retain the existing unit reference and fitted arrangement. A similar width or brand badge does not establish that a new product is compatible with existing connections.
The De Dietrich reference
Retain the complete De Dietrich label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
Discuss the proposed work
