For a cooker enquiry: Use existing paperwork or a safely visible label. Copy suffixes, service numbers and variant endings as well as the name. The badge on the front is a starting point, not the full identity.

For the appliance you actually own
Identify the hob, grill or oven involved and whether the appliance is electric, gas or dual fuel. Gas work is considered individually; this is not an offer of gas conversions or AGA repairs.
