For a freezer enquiry: An interruption, move or altered setting can add context. State the sequence without assuming the earlier event caused the present difficulty. The product identity and current behaviour still matter.

For the appliance you actually own
Note the alarm, temperature display and where frost can be seen. Leave the ice and lining intact. An alarm can prompt several assessment routes; it does not identify a failed compressor.
Why this belongs in the enquiry
