For a freezer enquiry: A normal-position photograph, accessible label or visible display can help. Keep private documents outside the frame. Do not remove covers, lift a machine or recreate hazardous operation for a picture.

Note the alarm, temperature display and where frost can be seen. Leave the ice and lining intact. An alarm can prompt several assessment routes; it does not identify a failed compressor.
