For a fridge enquiry: Mention a furniture door, stacked machine, cabinet housing or confined unit where it applies. A description of access helps plan the discussion; do not disconnect or drag equipment out.

A safely visible temperature reading and its time are more useful than a guessed refrigerant fault. Describe the door closure, display and any visible frost. Suitable conventional domestic work needs assessment.
