Retain actual readings and times where safely available. Describe door closure and visible frost. Control or airflow assessment is distinct from excluded refrigerant or compressor work.
The programme does not reach its usual finish
Keep the selected function and the final stage you recognised. Was there a completion indication, a warning or silence? Describe the last ordinary use instead of repeatedly recreating unsafe behaviour.
If the last use was interrupted
Say whether someone cancelled the programme, power was interrupted or the appliance stopped by itself. Those are different starting points; timing alone cannot establish the cause.
Where another person authorises work
Agree who owns the appliance, approves charges and provides entry. Keep those arrangements with the service address before a visit is discussed.
