Cooker · your observations
A cooker has several jobs. Which one changed?
Identify the hob, grill or oven involved and whether the appliance is electric, gas or dual fuel. Gas work is considered individually; this is not an offer of gas conversions or AGA repairs.
The grill no longer gives its usual result
Keep the selected grill mode and cavity with the observation. Use only the manufacturer’s normal door-position instructions. Stop using equipment that trips, burns or smells unsafe.
The display gives a message or symbol
Copy every character from the safely visible panel, preserving zeroes, letters and punctuation. A code is model-dependent; an online meaning from another product cannot settle this enquiry.
When the fitted space is tight
Mention the existing furniture front, stack or surrounding units. Access can affect the proposed work, but a householder need not move or disconnect equipment to describe it.
If some functions still work
List the functions separately, including the one that changed. A working light, fan or display is an observation rather than proof that the rest of the appliance is sound.
At your Beddington address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Beddington. CR0 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
