ATAG Dishwasher · your observations
What was left when the dishwasher stopped?
Describe the dishes, any standing water and the last display message. Tell us whether the programme ended normally or was interrupted. The result matters as much as the sound you heard.
Standing water after the last use
State whether the dishwasher announced completion or stopped part-way through. Keep the warning and fitted arrangement. Drainage and level information can be relevant; leave integrated equipment in place.
A dark panel or an unresponsive control
State whether any display or light remains on. Note a recent power interruption if one occurred. Keep electrical covers closed; an enquiry does not require live testing or measurements.
When someone else used it last
Keep their description of the setting and result. A direct observation is often clearer than a later guess about which component might have failed.
If the account is becoming complicated
Use three short sentences: the setting selected, the changed behaviour and the final result. Put the model and exact warning alongside them, rather than combining several guessed causes.
The ATAG reference
Retain the complete ATAG label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
At your Purley address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Purley. CR8 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
