Fridgemaster Freezer · your observations
Keep the warning with the visible condition.
Note the alarm, temperature display and where frost can be seen. Leave the ice and lining intact. An alarm can prompt several assessment routes; it does not identify a failed compressor.
A different frost pattern is visible
Say whether frost is concentrated near the door or elsewhere that is already visible. Door sealing or defrost behaviour may need consideration. Do not chip the ice or use improvised heat.
Some uses work and others do not
Write down the selection and result on each occasion you already observed. One successful programme does not explain away a recurring difficulty or identify the part responsible.
If the last use was interrupted
Say whether someone cancelled the programme, power was interrupted or the appliance stopped by itself. Those are different starting points; timing alone cannot establish the cause.
Before ordering a part
Let the actual product and proposed work be checked. A generic fault phrase or a warning from another model cannot confirm a component order or stock position.
The Fridgemaster reference
Retain the complete Fridgemaster label and product ending, with the actual appliance type. A badge can cover different or historical products; it does not confirm current production, parts stock or acceptance of all models.
Discuss the proposed work
Call 0800 037 4915 with the model and sequence of events. Suitable work, charges and a Monday–Thursday appointment are checked for the individual request.
